Mango is a Spanish mass-market brand whose positioning is a little more considered than the average for its segment, with a taste for natural fabrics on its most carefully made lines. Second-hand, this creates a real gap within the same label: a wool-blend coat and a light polyester top have neither the same lifespan nor the same value, and only the composition tells them apart. The sizing is narrow and inconsistent from one piece to the next, which is the main point to watch: better to trust the flat measurements than the label. On a pre-owned piece, the usual weak points are the assembly seams, thin linings that tear at the armholes, and the fastenings. On fine knits, look for snags against the light.
