Second-hand Levi's
45 pieces available, from XS to XXL, mostly in very good condition, between €8 and €45.
Levi's is read from its label before it is read from its cut. The model number is the most useful piece of information: a 501 is straight and high-rise with a button fly, a 511 is slim, a 505 straight with a zip fly. That number is more reliable than any description, because it defines the cut regardless of the year. The second clue is the sizing: Levi's measures in inches, W for the waist and L for the leg length, and a W32 has no stable equivalent in French sizes from one model to another. Second-hand, denim is a fabric you can judge: look at the crotch, where the cloth thins and eventually gives way, the belt loops, and the state of the rivets. Genuine fading is an asset on denim; a see-through pocket bag or a whitened crotch, on the other hand, is the beginning of a hole.
