Second-hand Nike
42 pieces available, from XS to XXL, mostly in very good condition, between €8 and €150.
Nike changes its codes more often than most sports brands, which makes dating a pre-owned piece fairly easy for anyone who knows the clues: an embroidered rather than printed Swoosh, whether or not the word « Nike » sits next to the logo, the composition label. This matters because the cuts have moved a lot: T-shirts and sweatshirts from the 1990s are wide and short, recent production much narrower. Watch the ranges too: technical garments (Dri-FIT and the like) have neither the fabric nor the hold of cotton pieces, and they age differently. On a pre-owned piece, the critical point is the print: a screen-printed Swoosh that cracks or peels is irreversible, unlike embroidery. On technical garments, check the heat-bonded seams, which can come apart at the shoulders after many washes.
