Cancel my purchase

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your parcel to cancel your purchase, without having to give any reason and without penalty (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code).

Enter your order number and the e-mail address used for the purchase. You will then see the exact wording of your declaration, and you will be able to confirm it. A time-stamped acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to you immediately by e-mail.

What happens next

• You immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail, setting out your declaration, the date and the time. Keep it.
• Send the item back by creating your shipment with Mondial Relay to our locker, as explained on the Returns & exchanges page. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
• You are refunded no later than 14 days after your declaration (article L221-24). We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or until you have supplied proof of having sent it, whichever is earlier.

This form is not mandatory. You can also inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement sent to contact@geteverwear.com or by post to GetEverwear, 113 Rue de la Syrah, 34980 Saint-Gély-du-Fesc, France. The statutory model withdrawal form is at the bottom of the Returns & exchanges page.
