Levi's men's sweatshirts and jumpers

Levi's measures in inches: W for the waist, L for the leg length. The model number (501, 511, 505) defines the cut more reliably than the size. On a pre-owned sweatshirt or jumper, wear shows at the ribbed edges - cuffs, hem, neckline - which lose their spring before the knit itself suffers. Then check for pilling where it rubs (elbows, under the arms, waist) and, on fine knits, look for snags against the light rather than from the front.
